I'm so excited to FINALLY bring this to you! I always get so many questions about what this is and what that is as it relates to health and nutrition. So I thought, how can I answer these questions and help more individuals out.

I know everyone is pressed for time these days and may not have a lot of time to learn and study nutrition. That's what I am here for. This book consists of one pagers. Each page or two explains different concepts.

I start off with the 21 What's of Health & Nutrition... What is organic? What are good carbs? The second part of the book is the 21 How To's... How to meal prep, How to burn more calories.

The third and final part of the book are the Meals. I provide over 100 meal recipes. I have included gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, low carb, high protein, and low sugar recipes. The goal was to provide you with more than chicken breast, steamed broccoli and sweet potatoes and still eat healthy.
